Mô tả công việc
- Planning and implementing marketing and sales activities for LatteX in the Vietnam, US market
- Building different communities on different channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Telegram
- Develop effective sale & marketing strategies
- Build and manage the sales team to ensure business operations and KPI
- Build strong relationships with our customers, anticipate their needs
- Listen to customer feedback, understand market needs, then effectively work with teams to improve product quality.
- Working closely with CEO & PM team in all activities of building an ecosystem for e-commerce platform
Yêu cầu
- Have 3-5 years experience in brand marketing & promotions, building an ecosystem for e-commerce platform
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Clear communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong self-research skill
- Analytical mind
- Creative in problem-solving and embrace/be open to changes with a highly responsive level.
- Experience/ability leading or working with both internal stakeholders and external partners
