Currently, we has partnered exclusively with Udemy - the leading online learning platform in the world - to provide the best online learning solution to enterprises in Vietnam since 2022.
We are seeking for best candidates to support our Sale Team to hit the best target in 2024.
Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
Maintain and manage sales data within the equivalent syste. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly conducting data audits.
Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management based on data analysis.
Assist the sales team with tools and resources needed for effective selling
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion. Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
Participate to train new sales team members on processes, tools, and best practices. Create and update training materials as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Act as the point of contact for sales tools and systems. Provide user support and coordinate with IT for system enhancements or issues.

Yêu cầu
College/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Have 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or performance marketing or a related field.
Have experience in CRM systems is a big plus.
Have experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
Have experience in Excel and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Good in written and verbal communication skills and ability to use English in working.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Have 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or performance marketing or a related field.
Have experience in CRM systems is a big plus.
