• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote HICHEM VINA's products.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales management.
• Excellent command of English in speaking, writing, and business communication.
• Experience in industrial materials, packaging, or chemical trading is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
