Mô tả công việc
* Main asigned tasks are to:
- Create, deploy business plans, strategy base on company business's situation.
- Manage and have responsibility on results of Sales team.
- Market research and proposal new products, business strategy.
- Build up and manage Sales team to archive Sales target.
This position report directly to Sales Director.
=> Powers:
- Proposal, Joint in and make decision in recruitment of new members.
- Assignment tasks that base on The Job Descriptions and give KPIs to Sales staffs.
- Performance evaluation, Rewards, discipline proposal of team members.
- Approval business trip based on department budget...
- Having work accident insurance 24/24 right after getting the job.
- Probationary period: 02 months (60 days).
- After the probation, if signing labor contract then you participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.
Yêu cầu
+ Having ability to work with softwares such as Autocad, Corel,....
+ Having at least 02 year experience in the same field.
- Good at English communication.
- Having good Leaderships, Planning & organization skills.
- Can work under high pressure and lead the sales team to reach target.
- Enjoying holidays 30 / 4-1 / 5, September 2, Birthday, Chinese New Year, New Year, ... - according to BTI policy.
