Mô tả công việc

Fully understand the sales programs, policy & process of assigned products and customers
Handle & support sales administration tasks for the Sales team: clients tracking, contract, invoice, report, ... and other paperwork.
Co-ordinate with related Sections to solve daily related problems
In charge of receptionist duties such as receiving visitors, answering and directing phone calls, documents to the office.
Do the parking registration for new employees and the form to cut parking for leaving workers.
Manage office assets and all administrative matters efficiently such as security guard, cleaner, requisitions of office/pantry supplies, servicing of office equipment, etc.
Do the request form, claim form for business card, Postage, Grab, Taxi...
Manage and coordinate cars, taxi for employees.
Support in organizing company events and activities.
Provide secretarial support to the management team when needed.
Ensure timely submission of office expense payments and claims to Finance.
Sort and distribute mails and arrange courier services.
Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, transports, and accommodations.
Book and prepare meeting rooms for internal/external meetings.
Be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as assigned or required by the Line Supervisor.

Yêu cầu

College or Bachelors Degree
Good looking, confident
Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint,..),
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar function in a foreign environment.
Professional appearance and attitude, willing to help others.
Good communication skills
Excellent or good Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken. Have HSK 5 or under certificate
Enjoy working in teams and communicating with various stakeholders.
