Position: Sales Admin Intern
Employment Type: Internship (Full-time)
Location: Dong Hoa, HCMC (formerly Binh Duong)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Sales & Business Development team with daily tasks throughout the sales process.
- Assist in preparing product/service profiles, proposals, and software solution documents.
- Learn and utilize AI tools/automation to improve documentation and internal workflows.
- Update sales pipelines, track data, and support weekly/monthly reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Delivery, Marketing, HR...) for presales tasks and proposal preparation.
- Help schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when required.
- Provide basic customer support: receive enquiries, transfer to the responsible team, and follow up.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to sales operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- College/university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Interest in the IT/software industry and willingness to explore new tools, especially AI.
- Proactive, energetic, quick learner, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and data management skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
- English communication and writing skills are strong advantages.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
