Mô tả công việc
1. General Admin: - Manage office processes (eg. source/work with suppliers, keep office in orderly condition, prepare documents and follow paperwork procedures, keep filling records, etc) - Plan and implement improvements to company operation/admin processes - Manage reception desk and function at front office of company (reception duties) - Manage (update and maintain) company's Operation Manuals and ensure compliance by all personnel. - Record down minutes in all Operation meetings - Handle associates enquires and questions - In/out processing of associates - Translate some documents as requested 2. Sales Admin: - Check and if necessary, amend/input all data into company's IT management system, input neccessary project information into website regarding projects - Get and organize project information from real estate developers/ lead agencies - Disseminate project information to internal salespersons/sub-agencies - Prepare and manage documents relating to sales transactions, translate sale materials and contracts - Receive, check and forward all paperwork from salespersons related to sales transactions. Handle required paperwork related to sales transactions - Check transaction figures and confirm details with payer/payee - Handle associates enquires and quesrions - Submit regular reports to BOD and company - Assist Directors in handling relations with external companies (ie. developers).
Yêu cầu
- Experience in related job scope is a plus point - Computer skills: Good ms office skills - Language: Fluent spoken and written English / Vietnamese - Character: Well-organized in work and attention to detail - Attitude: Self-motivated to work well (eg. willingness to keep improving self and work, etc), ---- Result orientated (eg. finish work on time and with good standard, etc), Good initiative (eg. will contribute ideas and think of solutions to handle problems or improve procedures, if meet problems at work will know how to find solutions indepedently, etc), Professional (eg. Constantly feedback to bosses on status of work, communicate clearly issues to colleagues, able to handle personal and work problems rationally with maturity, etc).
