* Administrative & Documentation
- Prepare sales contracts, quotations, proposals, and other documents. • Maintain and update customer databases, sales files, and reports.
- Track booking requests, contracts, payment status, and follow-ups.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting minutes, weekly and monthly reports.
* Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with Reservation, Front Office, Revenue, and Operations to confirm room availability and booking details.
- Support the Sales team in preparing materials for client meetings, sales kits, and site inspections. •Follow up with clients, partners (corporate/TAS/MICE/OTAs), and ensure timely communication.
- Assist with the organization of sales events, promotions, and familiarization trips (FAM trips). * Customer Service
- Handle basic customer inquiries through email/phone and provide accurate information.
- Support guests with booking amendments, special requests, and pre-arrival arrangements.
- Maintain professional communication with clients to enhance satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Yêu cầu
- College/University degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, Reservation, or Front Office is preferred. Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- English communication: basic to intermediate level.
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, able to multitask and work under pressure.
