Provide English-Vietnamese interpretation and translation support during meetings, presentations, and customer communications.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, contracts, PO, and related documentation.
Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.
Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal departments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and customer visits.
Support in achieving business goals and customer satisfaction goals.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive both a car and a motorcycle are a plus.
Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Flexible to travel and work outside the province, including overnight trips, as needed.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
Time management and prioritization abilities.
