We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Sales Administrator
AIM OF THE JOB:
The Sales Admin provides timely and effective admin support to Sales Team
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Key in purchaser's information and manage purchaser database
Update daily sales status
Prepare and keep track of sales contracts
Manage inventory of sales brochures
Support and maintain the operation of sales gallery
Prepare sales admin related reports as per request
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS
College or University graduate
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience of admin work in real estate developer/agencies.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Microsoft Word, Excel and
Powerpoint.
Good knowledge in administration work.
