Mô tả công việc
Operational effectiveness:
Coordinates and ensures allocation of samples, gifts, counter supplies and collaterals to all counters
Ensures that customer database is constantly updated
Assists in coordination and execution of events
Actively participates in regular sales meetings. Prepares and updates information of achievement of sales targets, key business issues, opportunities, etc... for team review and discussion
Business processes:
Consolidates data for weekly status reports of brand projects, merchandising, events, and promotional activities
Assists in checking and ensuring adequate and correct supply of stocks in counters
Reports:
Prepares monthly sales reports for the brand - monthly sales by customers by fiscal and calendar year, store inventory
Prepares and updates weekly sales and event sales
General Administration:
Works on all admin matters to the Brand
Other Tasks:
As assigned by Line Manager
