Position Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team to grow the company's revenues and profitability by achieving sales growth objectives in the set region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all Purchase Orders from customers
• Check data accuracy and completeness
• Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Working with costing department to get the prices and prepare the quotation
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales weekly & monthly reports and forecast.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Working with other departments to follow up the PO.
• Working with warehouse and delivery service vendors
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
