KPI & Incentives (50%): Design, track, and manage KPI frameworks for the sales team. Calculate monthly/quarterly sales commissions and incentives with 100% accuracy.
Bonus Schemes (25%): Analyze data and proactively propose (propose) new bonus structures or sales contests to boost motivation while optimizing the company budget.
Performance Monitoring (25%): Continuously monitor sales performance, identify underperforming areas, and build data dashboards/reports for Management.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related fields. 3 - 4 years of experience in Sales/Financial Analytics.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas). Strong financial mindset to analyze margins and ensure bonus schemes align with P&L.
Soft Skills: High integrity (handling sensitive salary data), sharp analytical thinking, and good communication skills to work with Sales Leaders
