Sales territory planning
Setting long- and short-term sales targets
Ensure implementation of sales processes
Strategic recommendations to increase and accelerate growth in the order management and trade promotion across the country
Achieve market share and estimated sales objectives
Identifying potential distributors and wholesalers, working closely with decision makers
Preparing business proposals, organizing phone and video calls, face-to-face meetings
Provide account management with a focus on selling and building business partnership
Negotiating, obtaining new distribution agreements, expanding existing contracts
Monitoring of imports and supplies
Control overall inventory levels in the country
Reviewing performance of distributors
Providing sales forecasts
Reporting to the Headquarter in Switzerland
Evaluation of competitive environment, competitors' pricing and activity
Active role in product launches
Review and discuss commercial plans & promotion tools
Preparation and justification of marketing budget
In the near future, this person should be ready to build and lead a team of medical/sales representatives.
Yêu cầu
Skills Required:
• Existing relationship with pharma distributors in Vietnam preferred
• Ability to generate new business opportunities, run discussions with pharma wholesalers, retailers, understanding their operating principles and needs
• Understanding of pharmaceutical trade promotion
• Contract management
• Key business language skills: conducting presentations, meetings, negotiations, making phone calls
Requirements:
• Vietnamese citizen
• Preferred educational background: Business, Economics, Healthcare, Medical, Pharmacy, Life science
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution as well as effective mechanisms for the promotion of medicinal products, dietary supplements, medical devices
• 3+ years of experience in the role of sales manager (at Senior level) within the Vietnamese pharmaceutical and healthcare segment
• Demonstrate ability in sales and commercial operations, business negotiations
• Ability to present a product to a business partner, key opinion leader, doctor, pharmacist
• Good computer skills (MS office, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Native Vietnamese speaker, Intermediate Business English skills required
• Travel within the territory is required
