Role Description The Sales and Location Marketing Executive is an on-site role based in Quận 4, responsible for promoting CURIOO's programs and driving enrollment growth. The individual in this role will manage local sales activities, respond to inquiries from prospective families, conduct consultations, and follow up with leads to convert them into enrollments.
Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing location-based marketing campaigns, coordinating events and promotions, maintaining relationships with partners, and supporting brand visibility in the surrounding community. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, collaborating with the center team to ensure a positive customer experience, and representing CURIOO professionally at all times.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills, including lead generation, customer consultation, and closing enrollments.
Experience with location-based marketing, community outreach, and organizing promotional events.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents and partners.
Ability to work on-site in Quận 4, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in education services, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Basic proficiency in office software and familiarity with social media or digital tools for local marketing.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and a genuine interest in children's education and development.
