Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Support role supports lead generation, business development, and revenue growth for JKA's business process services and supply chain solutions. You will collaborate with the team lead and learn directly from our CEO, gaining mentorship and exposure to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing: Develop specific marketing materials such as brochures, PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics, and short promotional videos. Execute campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, and TikTok, tailoring content to each platform. Analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects, conduct outreach programs, and maintain a prospect database.
Sales: Assist in crafting tailored proposals, developing solution presentations, and supporting pre-sale engagements such as pilots and demonstrations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 1-2 years in B2B sales or marketing (preferred, not required).
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
Language: Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
Design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
Soft Skills: Initiative, adaptability, organization, and strong communication.
