- Manage the Sales activities in Da Nang city and Quang Nam Province
- Coordinate with concern person(s) to set up dealer sales operation policy.
- Coordinate with concern person(s) to develop Dealer sales team and performance.
- Manage dealer order for making sales plan.
- Ensuring that the order and delivery process runs smoothly.
- Generate company sales report.
- Generate dealer sales & sales activity report.
- Responsible for sales training.
- Interaction with all internal divisions (After Sales, Marketing, Finance) of company.
- Manage Dealer Customer Relation Management (CRM) result.
- Fully responsible for the sales team and their performance.
- Maintaining database of customers and interested parties.
- Other assignments and projects.
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years sales experience in the bus industry,
- Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Good at strategic thinking, analyzing, forecasting, planning and managing.
- Good at leading and organizational skills.
- Mobile and flexible to travel.
- Drives continuous improvement.
- Computer skill (MS office)
- Good in English.
- Preferable with car driving license
