Mô tả công việc
- Manage team and deploy action plan to staffs
- Create action plan or strategy to approach interior design market
- Develop Interior Design network
- Manage RA/ Multi? Sky/ VRV inquiry & Cooperate with Route sales department for selling Daikin products into projects which were spec-in
- Preparation sales promotion campaign to approach Interior Design/ End-user into projects
- Consult & convince customers to use Daikin A/C system (in-direct sales)
- Data analysis & report to SGM/GM/AGM
- Make & propose strategy to SGM/GM/A.GM in order to develop new customers from this market
- Weekly, monthly report for customer support activities, analysis the performance of them
