Mô tả công việc
-Customer Inquiries & Service: Respond quickly to customer emails, chats, and
calls, offering solutions and delivering exceptional service.
- Customer Insights & Consultation: Gather customer feedback and provide expert
advice on product selection and purchases.
- Product Management: Upload and manage product listings on global sources and
e-commerce platforms.
- Sales Promotion & Development: Focus on SMEs and MNCs, building and nurturing
relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales plans, customer
visits, forecasts, and new business opportunities to management.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring
alignment with sales targets and budgets.
- Data Management & Coordination: Keep accurate customer records and ensure
seamless communication with internal teams.
- Client Acquisition & Expansion: Actively seek new clients and expand offerings to
existing customers to drive growth.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
• Work Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Languages: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; knowledge of Chinese is an
advantage (but not compulsory).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
- Prefer candidates with strong knowledge of Shopee.
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong mindset.
- Flexible, sharp, and quick to grasp new ideas.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of various goods (FMCG, sundry goods, promotional items, etc.)
- Good negotiation skills with an understanding of legal aspects of contracts.
- Self-starter with the ability to engage stakeholders, interpret their needs, and plan
accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Nice to Have:
- Design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Ability to customize forms.
