THE COMPANY DOESN'T PROVIDE SHUTLE BUSES
Input and maintain sales order information in the ERP system accurately and timely.
Calculate product costs and prepare quotations as required.
Prepare and issue sales contracts in accordance with customer requirements.
Place production orders with the factory and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely production.
Monitor and follow up on production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and issue Transaction Certificates (TC Certificates) as required by customers.
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with the logistics/export team to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
Communicate with customers, factories, and internal departments regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Strong ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team
Capable of working under pressure and adapting to various situations
Good communication skill and build long - term client relationship
Good communication skills in English or Chinese (Mandarin).)
Effective in time management, planning, and organizational skills
