About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Auditor who is passionate about being in the market and validating real sales execution. This is a field-based role focused entirely on auditing outlets, retail environments, salesforce execution, visibility, pricing, stock presence, promotions, and process compliance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys direct engagement with market reality and wants to influence execution quality nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Execution Audits
• Conduct frequent audits in the field at retail outlets and market points.
• Validate execution of trade programs, pricing, product availability, freshness, POSM display, and visibility standards.
• Observe and assess on-ground sales behaviors and SFA/DMS usage.
• Perform physical checks including stock presence, activation compliance, and availability of key SKUs.
2. Market Process & Risk Assessment
• Identify execution gaps based on marketplace observations and data validation.
• Assess operational risks and non-compliance related to frontline sales processes.
• Analyze field findings to understand root causes and propose practical improvements.
3. Reporting & Recommendations
• Deliver clear, structured field audit reports.
• Highlight key issues impacting execution quality and propose actionable recommendations.
• Share insights with Sales, Commercial,
Trade Marketing, and relevant field teams.
4. Follow-up & Corrective Actions
• Work closely with Sales teams to track execution improvements.
• Revisit markets to validate corrective actions and ensure sustainable field performance.
• Support teams in maintaining strong compliance and execution discipline.
5. Collaboration & Training
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Excellence, TMKT, and Regional teams.
• Train Sales Admin on compliance, execution standards, and system usage.
• Support capability-building initiatives for better field performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 2-3 years' experience in Sales Audit, Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Risk, or FMCG execution roles.

Tools & Systems
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with DMS, SFA, SAP, or BI tools is an advantage.
