You Will:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify interest using defined criteria.
• Schedule introductory calls or meetings for
account executives.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and conversations in the CRM.
• Learn to tailor outreach messaging to different personas and industries.
• Use AI-powered tools to research prospects and improve outreach efficiency.
• Track daily and weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and handoff processes.
• Participate in training to develop discovery, qualification, and communication skills.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, B2B Sales, SDR,
Business Development, or Inside Sales
• Strong interest in outbound sales and client acquisition
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPI-driven environment
• Professional Korean communication skills and good English communication
• Experience using CRM or sales tools is an advantage
• Experience in IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity industry is a plus
