Identify and secure new business opportunities in air and sea freight, value-added services, and contract logistics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to expand the company's market share.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to tailor bespoke logistics solutions.
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure the seamless execution of freight forwarding services.
Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets (both in profits & revenues)
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company's services.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
Yêu cầu
A minimum of 2 years experience in logistics or relevant industry.
A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales, business development or marketing, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Having a bachelor or college degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of the logistics industry with particular emphasis on air and sea freight forwarding.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Having basic office IT skills is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a customer base.
A team player with excellent internal & external communication skills.
Possessing a "can do" attitude & attention to detail.
