Sales Consultant Trainee (Intern) | AAU Academy x PEACH Consulting
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Consultant Trainee (Intern) who is passionate about sales,
business development, and digital transformation in education and consulting. This is a great opportunity for final-year students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and client management in the F&B, Retail, and Service industries.
You will work closely with the Business Development team of both AAU Academy and PEACH Consulting, supporting in lead generation, customer consultation, proposal development, and client relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential leads including students from AAU Academy, inbound inquiries, and other external sources.
Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their needs and introduce suitable training/consulting solutions.
Support in organizing outreach activities such as email campaigns,
telesales, and networking events.
2. Sales Support & Proposal Development
Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
Support in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (consulting, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment in proposals and client onboarding.
3. Customer Care & Relationship Building
Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
Update and manage client data in CRM systems.
Join internal and external events to expand the client and partner network.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Qualifications
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Passionate about sales, consulting, and client service.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Good-to-Have Qualifications
Basic knowledge of sales processes, CRM, or
digital marketing.
Prior experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
Comfortable communicating in English is an advantage.
BENEFITS
Internship allowance: 3,000,000 VND/month
Internship duration: 3 months, full-time (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
