• Sales support and coordinator (60%)
- Following and summarizing Sale information, schedule then submit to BOD.
- Chasing up the Sale team for Order/ Sale.
- Survey, report about the Elevator Market when needs
- Managing the Helios System (Company internal System)
- Support BOD in working and coordinate with others team, department leader.
- Follow up sale, schedule of others team as request from BOD
• Korean interpreter (30%)
- Interpreting in meetings with customers, consulting companies and government agencies
- Translating/interpreting project-related content and reporting on project status.
- Support BOD Translating/Interpreting in communication with the Departments in the Company
• Others (10%)
- Sign documents, files, contracts; coordinate with HR in administrative work for the office and Expat in Hanoi
- Other tasks assigned by Manager & BOD
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Law,... or related major.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Korean (equivalent to Topik level 4 or higher)
- Experience in data synthesis and reporting
- Have experience in Sales Admin/Sales Support or Project coordinator is an advantage
- Proficient in Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point,...)
- Good attitude, ready to learn, good communication
- Well aware of Vietnam culture
Quyền lợi
- Lunch allowance: VND 45,000 per working day
- Periodic health check-ups in accordance with company policy
- 13th-month salary bonus

Address: 9th Floor, Richy Building, No. 5 Nguyen Xuan Nham Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)
