About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Deputy
Sales Supervisor to support sales operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate bidding and contract processes.
This role focuses on sales coordination and customer management
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients.
Prepare and manage bidding documents and contract-related paperwork.
Coordinate internally with Operations and other departments to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Monitor contract performance and provide periodic reports to management.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on service-related matters.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support,
Account Executive, or similar roles.
Experience in B2B services is preferred.
Good communication skills in English or Japanese (No certificate required)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
