Seneca ESG is a sustainability software solutions firm that primarily services the ESG
needs of investment firms and corporate issuers. SenecaESG's software platform
streamlines the data collection process for ESG reporting and enables clients to
create custom scorecards to provide real-time visibility on ESG metrics and facilitate

Responsibilities
This is for a remote position.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize a combination of email, phone, and social
media to reach out to potential leads
Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their fit for our
products/services. Ensure that only high-quality leads are passed on to the sales
team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update our CRM with accurate lead data,
ensuring that the sales team has all the information they need to close deals.
Use of Sales Tech Tools: Leverage various sales automation tools to optimize lead
generation processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Feedback Loop: Work closely with the sales team to gather feedback on lead
quality and refine prospecting strategies accordingly.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in sales technologies and
strategies to ensure that our lead generation processes are always top-notch.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
This is for a remote position.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not
mandatory).
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales tools and
software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Language Requirement: Candidates should be native speakers of English to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
