Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Director (B2B, Open for Korean Expats, $8000, ID20005):
1. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence
Establish and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure large-scale catering contracts.
Conduct market sensing to build and maintain a robust Sales Database.
Build and manage high-level networks with key decision-makers (Key Men) and stakeholders.
2. Process Management & Coaching
Oversee the end-to-end bidding and proposal process.
Provide expert coaching to the sales team on proposal planning and presentation.
Monitor project feasibility through rigorous P&L reviews and performance tracking.
3. Negotiation & Closing
Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable business terms.
Finalize and manage the legal execution of contracts.
Manage the transition of the Sales Support team (4 local staff) under the Sales Division
Requirement
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in B2B Sales or a related field. Experience in large-scale catering or B2B sales within major corporations is highly preferred.
Local Expertise: Proven track record of working in Vietnam with a strong existing professional network.
Strategic Mindset: Exceptional capability in network expansion and strategic problem-solving.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
