Main responsibilities
• Support the sales process targeting companies across all Compressor Technique product portfolio
• Develop and implement sale strategy to improve Atlas Copco's business relationship with all existing companies in Vietnam to maximize business generation for both machines and spare parts.
• Develop and enhance relationship with all companies in Vietnam to ensure that Atlas Copco products are known and considered for projects requiring Atlas Copco product portfolio.
• Visit customers in the assigned territories to have greater understanding of the customer and to speed-up the building a good & mutual business relationship between the customer and Atlas Copco. Provide feedback related to winning strategies to penetrate the concerned customers.
• Develop yearly business plan for improving market share and revenue.
• Develop customer and competition knowledge. Monitor the competitive environment and provide information on competitors and market trends in close collaboration with the Business Line Manager. Contribute to a marketing plan which aims to improve our business generation from companies.
• Have clear understanding of product strategy for each of the Compressor Technique Divisions.

Yêu cầu
Required experiences
3 to 5 years of experience in a technical/commercial environment
Solid knowledge in the blower and/or compressor air industry
Experience working in a large and complex organization
Required personal affinity
Ambitious to invest in your personal development
Highly motivated person willing to take up a new challenge in a growing business
Analytic ability to digest data and transform into strategy and action
Affinity to be a presenter and inspire the audience
Strategic, patient, and pursuant to long lasting results
Required education & knowledge
Master's or bachelor's degree in technical field
Must speak English
Additional commercial education is a plus
Solid verbal and written English skills (or willingness to develop in 6 months)
