We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong
Technical Sales Engineer with solid knowledge in mold & dies and metal or aluminum or plastic forming processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about manufacturing technologies and customer solutions.
You will work closely with local and international customers to provide advanced surface coating solutions for molds, dies, and forming tools, helping customers improve tool life, productivity, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Promote PVD coating solutions for molds, dies, stamping tools, and forming equipment.
Provide technical consultation on tool performance, wear resistance, and surface treatment Local/ International/ Japanese/Korean customers
Support customers in machining, forming, molding, and stamping applications.
Manage customer data, market analysis, and project status using CRM systems.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and support sample testing and negotiations.
Monitor coating trials, production trials, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with Technical, Quality, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure best solutions.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Represent the company at technical seminars, exhibitions, and customer events.
Core Competencies
Strong understanding of mold & dies design, materials, and working conditions.
Good knowledge of metal forming, stamping, forging, plastic injection molding, and die casting processes.
Ability to analyze tool wear, failure modes, and recommend coating solutions.
Skilled in preparing technical-commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
Ability to coordinate improvement actions in line with ISO and company standards.
Strong learning mindset toward new technologies and coating processes.
