Mô tả công việc
Main objectives:
- Support sales activities in Vietnam with main lines in Building Technology by promoting solutions and services into the market.
- Achieve sales and margin targets in Vietnam.
Job Description
- Promote marketing activities, sales, and products consultants in the region, reach new customers and markets to reach Sales Target.
- Identify & forecast sales potential for BT market with main focus in Building Technology and be accountable for sales target. Monitor and evaluate the development/behavior of players (inclusive of end customers, consultants, designers, competitors) in Vietnam and translate into marketing strategies and tangible sales.
- Proactively maintain good network with all customers by understanding their needs and proposed the targeted solutions to expand overall sales potential, help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Maintain sales activity by updating customer data, planning of visits, generating of sales visits report, and updating of projects status timely.
- Develop new sales channels in Group and business opportunities in assigned segment, in charge of the whole range of products lines and further projects depending on abilities and liabilities.
- Work closely with operations team to address customer service issues and involve in stocks forecast.
- Continuously update new information of products, technologies, customers and markets.
- Reports to Country Director

Yêu cầu
* Must Have:
- English proficiency
- Mechanical Engineering or construction engineer degrees, especially in LPG field is a strong point.
- Passion in sales and technical, organization and time management
- Hard-working, Responsibility, self-disciplined and self-learning attitude, problem solving
- Service & results oriented, positive attitude, professional, influence and persuasion
* Nice to have:
- Salesman/sales lady from 25-33 years old preferably.
- 2-3 years' experience direct sales, B2B in High Tech, Industrial Products, lifting equipment.
