• Identify, develop, and follow up on new business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Technical Responsibilities
• Understand product specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers based on project requirements.
• Extract and Classify Technical Requirements, Budget Estimation and Quotation Preparation.
• Participate in technical meetings, inspections, and site visits when required. Customer Relationship Management
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide regular project updates.
• Visit customers to present products, discuss project requirements, and promote company capabilities.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales forecasts and reports. Coordination & Internal Support
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery planning, and after-sales service.
• Support the preparation of bid documents, tender submissions, and contract reviews.
• Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
Yêu cầu
Sales, marketing, or business training is an advantage.
Experience working with EPC companies, contractors, or industrial clients is preferred. Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Ability to prepare quotations, cost breakdowns, and commercial proposals. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • English proficiency is a plus. Personal Attributes • Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused. • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
