• Perform daily cold calls, cold emails, visits, quotations
• Build a strong pipeline of new, qualified leads and convert them into active LCL customers

2. LCL Sales & Volume Growth
• Sell LCL consolidation services on assigned and self-developed trade lanes
• Prepare competitive quotations, follow up aggressively, and close deals fast
• Drive consistent growth and booking frequency from newly acquired customers
• Identify upselling and long-term growth opportunities within your accounts
3. Execution & Attention to Detail
• Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Ensure accuracy in quotations, contracts, and customer instructions
• Follow up proactively on bookings, schedules, and customer feedback
4. Sales Discipline & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and pipeline data in company's system
• Report daily on sales activities, new accounts, and booking performance
• Track competitor activity and market trends to sharpen sales strategy
