Involving sales metrics or KPIs to evaluate the Sales capability & Compliance
Functional roadmap for DMS system for GT
Define data architecture and analysis pipelines: Data warehouse, reporting platform, and analysis methodology
Increase Sell Out data quality for
business development analysis
2. Control the compliance of the sales team in implementing company regulations and Marketing Plan
3. Identify Risk and Impact of Distribution system, Market and Competitors.
4. Perform data mining and analysis using business intelligence tools (Power BI) to generate insights for decision-making.
Route plan optimization
Identify areas of weakness and recommend opportunities
Sales metrics and KPIs
Report automation to provide
Sales Managers with a daily or monthly dashboard.

- Expertise with DMS, Commercial, Marketing & Distribution Flow, preparing reports and visualization tools
- Have communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Project Leading skill is required
