Sales Executive (aeon mall long bien - 266)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Executive (Aeon Mall Long Bien):
+ Work location: Aeon Mall Long Bien
+ Working time: 5 days in shift/ week
+ Report to: Manager
+ Team: 7 - 10 members
1. Responsible for tenants sales to achieve tenants category sales budget. (25%)
2. Maintain tenants standard services, performance & revenue to follow company policy. (20%)
3. Discuss frequently with tenants to understand their business to provide timely support.(15%)
4. Provide initiative to boost sales effectively with appropriate timing. (15%)
5. Patrol and check tenants frequently to improve customer service and have new ideas for improvement(10%)
6. Supervise the preparation, delivery of sales materials and promotion programs. (5%)
7. Make weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly Sales reports to management accurately and timely. (5%)
8. Other tasks as assigned by Manager/Deputy Manager. (5%)
