Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose:
- Working with dealer to achieve the Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target
- Working with end-user to support dealer sell out and increase BS- in house share
- Expand channel by developing new accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning:
- Making sales plan by (products, dealers, regions)
- Expanding points of sales (direct & indirect accounts)
2. Sales Execution (Distributors - End user Fleet approach - Sub dealers)
- Conduct study to identify market demand (end-users, sub-dealers, direct dealers)
- Seek out new sales oppurtunity and setting up business discussion
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Follow up ordeing, sales confirming, delivering, paying, debt collecting, ...
- Create frequent Plan - Do - Check - Action with sales data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Participate on behalf of the company in events
3. Market development
- Survey market and propose new candidate to develop sale channel
- Studying & finding key source of growth for coming year in in charge territory
- Survey and update demand forecast (by Dealer, by SKU) based on market information
4. Others
- Follow up admin task, trade activity, promotion and report to line manager.
- Contribute & support for Marketing activity event, conference, campaign...
- Follow sales process: Stocks, order and payment
- Manage local staff and coaching for their success.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education: Bachelor's degree (business administration, marketing preferred)
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales
3. Language: Proficiency in English
4. Skills: MS Office, Interpersonal skills, negotiation skill, proactive, presentation, and working under high pressure

+ Patient learner and passion for sales
+ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
