- The Sales Executive to promote Hotel to achieve optimal revenue and reputation at the best possible conditions.
- Follow the instruction from Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing on daily sales activities and sales and marketing strategies to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored, and sales goals are achieved towards total resort's revenue.
- Understanding of services and facilities available at Hotel
- Understanding of services and facilities available at direct competitive set.
- Understanding of target revenue and market mix.
- Maintain good rapport with customers, colleagues and owning company.
- Keep record of daily sales activities and manage assigned accounts.
- Submit weekly sales report to Director of Sales
- Prepare weekly revenue forecast and submit to Director of Sales
- Attend sales training
- Attend sales briefing and weekly meeting
- Comply with all local government regulations.
- Maintain high standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards colleagues, guests, suppliers and other clients.
- Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain a good working relationship with various departments with a high level of communication and co-operation in the interests of customer service and improvements in the working conditions of the resort and department.
- Ensure and practice a high standard of safety to safeguard the wellbeing of resort guests, colleagues, stakeholders and physical property.
- Pays visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.
- Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
Yêu cầu
- Education: At least bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience: At least 2-year experience as a hotel sales executive
- Required Attitude/Skills/Knowledge:
- Proficiency in English communication
- Computer literate and knowledge of computer system
- Strong in analytical, problem-solving skills, and execution of work
- Strong communication skills
