A sales and
marketing executive has three primary responsibilities:
1. Researching the market on the company products
2. Presenting the product & services in a structured professional way
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers while winning new ones.
Major Responsibility & Duties
- Market research, dealing with potential customers on organic chemicals in various industry such as polyurethane, coating, adhesive, agrochemicals;
- Effectively use sales tools (CRM, etc.) to manage customer opportunities pipeline;
- Approach - follow - negotiate - offer quotation - close deal - payment: Full process for hunting and winning opportunities to supply the company products;
- Planning Sales in Quarterly/ Monthly/ Weekly/ Daily and report to Manager;
- Develop and serve customers with services: sample arrangement/ proceed contract and docs, ... and solve arising problems;
- Adhere to budget revenue/ debt collection;
- And other relevant tasks to be assigned by management from time to time.
