The Sales Executive Intern will support the Sales team in customer outreach, sales documentation, data management, opportunity tracking and customer follow-up. This role provides hands-on experience in sales processes, customer relationship management and cross-functional coordination within an international working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer outreach by preparing service introduction materials, sales emails, call lists and appointment schedules under the guidance of the assigned Sales Executive.
Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, company profiles, presentations, forms and other sales documentation.
Enter, update and verify customer information, sales opportunities, quotations and follow-up status in internal systems, CRM tools and reports.
Track sales opportunities, set follow-up reminders, consolidate outstanding actions and coordinate with relevant departments.
Receive initial customer enquiries, forward information to the responsible team member and follow up on customer responses.
Prepare periodic reports on prospective customers, outreach activities, quotations, sales opportunities and work results.
Coordinate with Administration, Operations, Technical, Finance and Customer Service teams, and support sales programmes, events and other

Yêu cầu công việc:
Fourth-year university student who has not yet graduated, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics or a related field.
No previous working experience is required.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Good communication, active-listening and questioning skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with good follow-up and data-management skills.
Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple tasks while working effectively with different departments.
Willing to learn about SGS services, sales processes and customer relationship management while complying with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
