Mô tả công việc
Scope of responsibility
Lead, partner and pipeline follow-up
Log every enquiry in the CRM and move it through the pipeline without letting anything sit unattended; follow up on Board-led conversations - send what was promised, when it was promised, and chase the reply.
Maintain accurate partner records - contacts, contracted rates, commission terms, allotments, renewal dates and flag partners who have gone quiet, bookings that have stalled and deadlines approaching.
Service the routine needs of trade partners - product updates, availability, rate sheets, imagery, tactical offers so the Board is not the first point of call.
Quotations and sales materials
Prepare quotations and proposals for partner and direct enquiries - accurate on rate, inclusions and conditions, and turned around fast. A quote that arrives late has already lost.
Build and maintain the collateral suite: brochure, sales deck, fact sheets, deck plans, rate sheets and the image library. Nothing in a partner's hands should show an old rate or a withdrawn itinerary.
Prepare the materials behind partner training, webinars and sales calls, and assemble tailored proposals for charter and group enquiries with Operations and the Board.
Website, social and content
Own the day-to-day upkeep of the website - content, imagery, itineraries, rates, offers and news.
Build and run the content calendar across owned channels, and deliver against it.
Manage the social channels, support email and paid campaigns, liaise with digital and PR agencies on execution and deadlines, and respond to direct enquiries promptly and in the brand's voice.
Visual and design coordination
Brief designers, photographers and agencies: write the brief, manage revisions, deliver final artwork on schedule - and contribute ideas, not only traffic management.
Apply the project brand system consistently, check work against it before release, and keep the asset library organised.
Reporting, trade shows and FAM trips
Monitor the booking pipeline and report to a fixed rhythm - weekly pipeline update, monthly commercial summary for the Board - with bookings tracked by source market and channel, and competitor pricing watched across the Mekong segment.
Support trade shows end to end - registration, logistics, appointments, on-site support and the follow-up afterwards, which is where most of the value sits and where most teams stop.
Coordinate FAM trips, ship inspections and media visits, and prepare Board members for sales calls with account history and materials.
