ABOUT US:
We are a Japan-based web & mobile app development company, established in 2008.
We specialize in rapid product development and continuous improvement using DevOps, with dedicated teams committed to delivering value to users.
PURPOSE OF RECRUITMENT:
Due to business expansion, we are looking for a sales staff member to work alongside our newly appointed Japanese Sales Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities will be adjusted based on your skills and experience.
• As "General"
o Set your KPI & Action Plan in alignment with the company's general sales strategy and tactics.
o Continuously review plans and conduct internal reviews & approvals as needed.
o Report your activities to the supervisor and team manager.
o Conduct sales activities for both new and existing clients.
• As "Sales Admin"
o Track the status of assigned projects.
o Clarify project requirements by understanding the client's business plans and background.
o Assess inquiries from clients and decide whether to proceed.
o Coordinate the necessary resources for each project.
o Prepare cost estimates and profit/loss simulations by gathering cost-related data.
o Visualize project profitability, including free assignments and supporting members.
o Manage the agreement process for main contracts and NDAs with clients.
o Issue invoices and confirm payments.
o Support the Account Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• As "Account Manager"
o Take responsibility for the sales performance, contract terms, and profit/loss of assigned projects.
o Manage monthly sales figures for assigned projects.
o Analyze project profitability and implement action plans to maintain and improve performance.
o Lead the preparation of proposal documents in collaboration with the development team.
o Present proposals to clients and negotiate project terms.
o Maintain strong sales communication to build long-term client relationships.
o Adjust contract conditions with clients as necessary.
o Consistently develop action plans for the projects under your management.

Yêu cầu
• More than 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Sales Administration.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving personal goals.
• Logical thinking and strong explanation skills (fact- and data-based).
• Foreign Language Requirements:
o Japanese: JLPT N1-2 Level
o English: TOEIC 600+
o Language certifications are not mandatory; practical communication skills are more important.
REPORT TO: Sales Manager (Japanese)
WORK WITH:
• Sales Group Members (2 Vietnamese, 3 Japanese), Dev Group
• Managers, PM/PMO, BPM, CoE, and Clients
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving personal goals.
• Logical thinking and strong explanation skills (fact- and data-based).
