JIONBAGS is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality bags. We produce durable and stylish bags with a focus on excellent craftsmanship, catering to a global customer base. We are looking for a Sales MD to join our growing team and contribute to the expansion of our business.
Position Overview
The Sales MD will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and manage customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and increasing product sales through effective sales management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers
• Analyze market trends and product performance to adjust sales strategies
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
• Provide customized product proposals aligned with production schedules
• Assist in setting product pricing and negotiating contracts
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints effectively
Yêu cầu
• Experience: At least 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the bag manufacturing or related industry
• Strong customer management and sales strategy experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and related software
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude
• Team player with leadership skills
• Fluency in English or other foreign languages is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the bag manufacturing or fashion industry
• Experience with international clients or global markets
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
