Mô tả công việc
· Responsible for achieving personal sales revenue and profit targets.
· Manage prospects and close sales through meetings, presentations, and timely follow-up actions.
· Implement, monitor, and manage campaigns for customers.
· Develop digital media plans (primarily media) for clients.
· Proactively collaborate with the team to optimize campaigns based on client objectives.
· Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for enhanced effectiveness.
· Generate campaign reports.
· Collaborate with Lava's partners to explore new products and markets.
· Perform tasks assigned by direct management.

Yêu cầu công việc
· Minimum of 1 year experience in sales (preferably in the digital media field).
· University/college degree.
· Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
· Strong attention to detail and effective task management.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and responsible approach to work.
· Proficiency in English and familiarity with digital media are advantageous.
