* Market Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential clients including corporate accounts, MICE, travel agents, OTAs, group bookings, and high-end individual guests.
- Develop and expand assigned market segments according to the sales strategy.
* Sales & Contract Negotiation:
- Present, promote, and sell hotel/resort products and services to clients.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate terms to close deals.
* Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure services meet client requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system.
* Targets & Reporting:
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management review.
Yêu cầu
- College or University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
