- The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling freight forwarding and logistics services, developing new customers, and maintaining existing business relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Actively seek and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and service presentations to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer data and sales activities in CRM system.
- Collect market and competitor information for business analysis and reporting.
- Participate in networking events, meetings, and customer visits.
- Report sales performance and market trends to
Sales Manager on a regular basis.
- College degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics, international business or marketing.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain services.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Good command of English is a plus.
