Mô tả công việc
* Working place: Ho Chi Minh city, Ha Noi city, Hai Phong city
* Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers, look for and pursue opportunities to get revenue for the company.
- Securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Negotiating with accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
- Regularly visit existing accounts validating the company's service levels and develop new revenue streams.
- Follow up with customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of service contracts.
- Ensure a competitive intelligence and occasionally carry out marketing studies.
- Define and implement commercial action plan.
- Making daily/weekly/monthly sales report.
Yêu cầu
- Highly motivated individual with a strong import/export ocean and air transportation skill set.
- Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills.
- Team-oriented with motivational skills.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent decision making and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Must possess a strong work ethic.
- Service mind.
- Bachelor Degree with major/concentrations in logistics and/or supply chain management and/or foreign trade or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in forwarder/carrier and/or import-export company.
- Have a strong working/user knowledge of tools regularly utilized in the sales & marketing profession (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browser, etc.).
- Fluent in English and/or Mandarin Chinese.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
