Mô tả công việc
1. Manage all measurement systems of SF in both technically and business perspective to provide solid & regular reports for FF managers to monitor and improve team's performance
a) Closely work with regional and local IT team to ensure the alignment and execution of VN system
b) Call plan reporting/ tracking and analysis
c) Provide monthly SFE Scorecard on the system and ad-hoc request
d) Co-operate with NSM to develop call structures to ensure effective detailing & achieve KPIs
e) Develop analytics to manage targeting, segmentation, forecasting and A&P investment
f) Point of contact to manage distributor data and warehouse management
2. Manage incentive scheme of FF: proposal -- approval -- tracking -- calculating --. Auditing -- filing)
a) Drive effective KPI and incentive programming
b) Understanding well touch points in FF behaviors, customer insights, competitor intelligence and business model and product knowledge
3. Manage Sales Performance Dashboard
a) Provide sales management with optimal reporting of sales KPIs, effective analysis and development of ongoing trending.
b) Quality control on information, market data and market share
4. Adhere to company and industry code of conduct and be the role model in driving compliance policy in team
a) COC Compliance and system security
b) Assists in the identification of new processes, procedures, information, and opportunities to improve departmental functions and increase service value to the enterprise
c) Ensure the compliance of company policies
d) Performs related duties as required
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree
- At least 5 years' experience of working in SFE management in pharma/FMCG industry
- Demonstrates strong computer software utilization skills especially with spreadsheet, word processing, data retrieval and analysis, presentation graphics, mapping and database software
- Extensive experience working effectively cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives
- Experience in coordinating with Regional Management and cross functional projects
