MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop opportunities marketing in the research, analyze sales data and market.
• Data mining, cleansing and analyze to generate actionable insight to improve field execution.
• Design and implement suitable data model for monitoring.
• Manage and train Trade Consumer Team, support the Sales Team to create demand and develop market in assigned area.
• Plan and develop Trade Customer activities in the assigned area.
• Develop and implement the branding campaign through the organization of the event.
• Build relationship with customers, explore the needs and anticipate new opportunities.
• Handle issues relating to Sales Operation in the region within the given authority.
• Accept and implement extra assignment relating to the common goal of the company.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Well co-ordinate with across-function team,
• Ensure effective communication with all related stakeholders.
• Main scope: GT, Rural, MT, E-Com, and CMM.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Business or Science
• Minimum 5 years
• Related experience in managerial/supervisory role in pharma, FMCG, nutrition, consulting industry
• Preferably 2 to 3-year experience in SFE
• Flair for IT tools and marketing experience will be a plus
