Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Sales Force Automation plays a key role in designing, delivering, and maintaining commercial digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision making across the organization. This role requires strong technical capability, independent execution, proactive ownership, and hands-on experience implementing similar business systems or automation solutions.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain business solutions supporting commercial operations (sales, distribution, analytics, master data, etc.).
• Work independently to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end solution development from design, configuration, testing, to deployment.
• Manage Commercial Excellence team applications (Connect Plus, Easy Order...) and exploit data for solving business problems.
• Identify system gaps and proactively propose improvements to increase efficiency and automation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance) to ensure solution adoption and continuous improvement.
• Provide documentation, user training, and technical support when required.

Functional Skills And Knowledge
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic market.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting business solutions.
• Strong technical skills in solution development, data processing (SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA); programming languages (Python, R, JavaScript...) are nice to have.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Educational requirement
• Bachelor Degree, ideally with Data Analytics, Data Management, IT or Economics
