Mô tả công việc
We are looking for an energetic 02 Sales & Key Account Manager (in which: 01 HN, 01 temporary contract for HCM, it possible to convert to official headcount) to be a part of our Sales & Business Development team. You should be able to achieve the sales targets and to identify potential clients and discuss contract terms with them. Moreover, you should also be able to track the performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
• Lead sales partners to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Support, guide and motivate growing leaders
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly network reports.
• Communicate and support partners in incentive programs.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
• Liaise with Marketing, Ops & Compliance team to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches
• Conduct events and trainings - Identify needs of distributors on a regular basis and develop training required for them.
• Analyze metrics in all areas of sales, distributor performance, organizational performance for reporting to higher management and for decision making
• Build and maintain Distributor Relationships as well as identify and groom potential and upcoming distributors
• Support Distributor activities and provide advice.
• Constantly speak and motivate Distributors daily.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a Sales & Key Account manager with MLM background (at least 2 years)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and networking abilities
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
• Results-driven individual
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
• Advanced English, Vietnamese native
• Russian is a big advantage
